By creating an account or using GymBro, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
The service
GymBro is an AI-powered fitness coaching app that uses your device's camera (processed locally — see our Privacy Policy) to count reps and provide form feedback, along with AI coaching, workout tracking, and a referral rewards program.
Subscriptions & billing
- New accounts receive a free trial period. After the trial ends, continued access requires a paid GymBro Pro subscription.
- Subscription pricing is shown at checkout in your local currency where supported, and is billed monthly. Pricing may vary by region.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
- Payments are processed by Flutterwave, a third-party payment processor. GymBro does not store your card details.
Payment reversals and bank-side issues: Occasionally a payment attempt may be declined, delayed, or reversed by your bank or card issuer after initiation — this can happen with bank transfers and USSD payments in particular, and is outside GymBro's control. If a payment is reversed by your bank, the subscription will not activate, and no charge will appear as completed on our end. If you believe you were charged but did not receive Pro access, contact
igymbrosupport@gmail.com with your payment confirmation/reference and we will investigate against our payment processor's records.
Referral program
- You may earn referral rewards when someone you refer subscribes to GymBro Pro, as described in the app.
- Referral earnings are credited once the referred user's payment is confirmed by our payment processor — not at the point of signup alone.
- Withdrawal of referral earnings is subject to a minimum balance threshold shown in the app, and is processed manually within the timeframe stated in the app.
- We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral credits obtained through fraudulent activity, fake accounts, or abuse of the referral system.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to abuse the referral system, interfere with the app's operation, or access data that isn't yours.
Account termination
You may stop using GymBro and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
GymBro provides fitness guidance and form feedback for general wellness purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as GymBro evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
